John Stamos Threatened By Extortion

Two Michigan residents by the names of Scott Sippola and Allison Coss, were arrested by the FBI last week for attempting to extort $700,000 from John Stamos. The two threatened to release certain "scandolous" photos they had of the actor at a Florida party unless given the money. Photos were found at their home along with Stamos' number and the numbers of several tabloid magazines. Crazy greedy people.

Mrs. Tiger Woods Moves Out

After 10 women have come forward to claim that they've had affairs with the married golfer, many unprotected, it appears Elin Nordegren, the wife of Tiger Woods, has moved out of their $2.6 million home to a house nearby. Poor girl. I don't blame her for needing to leave. She should head to a doctor and then to a divorce attorney.

O.J. Simpson Beaten In Prison

Aparently things are going so well for O.J. Simpson in jail. Could this be Karma? Simpson was hospitalized for being beaten inside the Las Vegas jail he is currently housed in for the next 15-21 years. Race may have been a factor in the assault, although little is known yet about the incident.

Gotti Jr.Goes Free, Again

On Tuesday, John A. Gotti Jr. walked away from a New York courthouse free once again because of a mistrial. Of course it came with a $2 million dollar bond. He was on trial for allegedly ordering gang hits in an effort to settle scores. Gotti Jr. has stated that he left the "mob" in 1990. This is his forth mistrial in the last 5 years.

Roman Polanski To Be Released-Only Took 4.5 Mil!

I guess he's not a flight risk anymore! Roman Polanski will be released from prison in Switzerland on Friday, since he made his $4.5 million dollar bail. He will travel back to his chalet at the Alpine resort where his every move will be monitored via an electronic security system until it is determined if he will be extradited back to America. Although he cannot leave the resort he has the freedom to have visitors, throw parties, speak on the phone, and use the Internet. I guess it pays to be a famous film director. Hmmm... sounds really harsh doesn't it for someone who may face sentencing for raping a then 13-year-old, 30 years ago.
