Ellen DeGeneres to Replace Paula Abdul on "American Idol"

I don't know about you but I'm so excited! The talented and beloved talk show host Ellen DeGeneres is going to be joining Idol as the 4th judge, replacing Paula Abdul. Ellen announced the happy news on her show. According to a press release released by Fox and Idol, producers are "thrilled" at the new addition. Besides winning a total of 29 Emmy Awards for Outstanding Talk Show host, her love of music, humanitarianism, acting career, and incredible track record of hosting multiple award shows like The 79th Annual Academy Awards has earned her the credibility of filling the spot.
