Toni Braxton apparently owes the U.S. government $396,000 in unpaid taxes. Braxton's tax information leaked out on the Internet. The IRS filed a lien against her on March 26 in a Georgia Superior Court. Well, it's a good thing she is a beautiful R&B singer. Time for some public relations damage control and another record.
