This is ridiculous and horrible. A very crazed and dedicated fan has set up a website called, MileySaveFuzzy.com , in an attempt to bring Miley Cyrus back to the Twitter website. Miley cancelled her account recently and this particular fan is so upset that if Miley does not return to Twitter by November 16th this fan will kill her cat, Fuzzy, and cook it! Disturbing! Now if this plea reaches many people and it becomes a huge topic on the website then the date of Miley's return will be extended to November 23rd. Supposedly, this fan is serious. What should Miley do?

Victim of Roman Polanski Wants Case Dropped

Let's rewind a little. In 1977, Polanski first plead guilty to drugging and rapping, at that time, 13-year-old Samantha Geimer. However, Polanski fled the country before being sentenced and paying for his crimes. In 1988, Geimer then sued Polanski for the amount of $500,000. Recently, he has been arrested and held in Switzerland, pending a case that will determine if he will be sent back to the U.S. for his crimes.

In the surprising turn of events, Geimer now wants the entire case to disappear. Her lawyer, Lawrence Silver, has requested that the California appeals court please drop the criminal case because by bringing it up again it has brought Geimer suffering in areas of her life affecting her job, health, and family. She is being bombarded by reporters and media attention.

If this case is dropped many people fear it will send the wrong message and hinder other rape victims from coming forward. It has been a long time, but do you think Polanski should be let off the hook?

Justin Timberlake has a restraining order against a woman named Karen McNeil. Apparently, she has a tendency to take a cab to his home in Los Angeles and sneak in though the gate. Yesterday, she would not leave and so the police arrested her and she was placed under a psychiatric hold. It's Halloween and the freaks come out at night!

Leona Lewis Publicly Attacked At Book Signing

Singer, Leona Lewis, was punched in the face by 29-year-old Peter Kowalczyk, at her book signing in London on Wednesday (Oct. 14, 2009). Lewis, there to promote her autobiography titled, Dreams, was signing copies at a book store when Kowalczyk came up and hit her. He was immediately corralled by security and later arrested and charged by police. He will appear in a UK court on Oct. 26, 2009. Lewis was visibly upset and was taken to a hospital for precautions.

Apparently, she was even more upset at the fact that she couldn't finish her book signing. Poor Leona! She seems so sweet and unbelievably talented. She's even a vegetarian. Come on! She didn't deserve that.

"Harry Potter" Actress Vows To Continue Filming Despite Cancer

For those who weren't aware, Harry Potter's, Dame Maggie Smith, also known as Professor McGonagall, has been fighting breast cancer since 2007. However, she is determined to make it through filming the last movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows. Perhaps you didn't notice, but she was enduring chemotherapy treatment during the last movie, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince which left her weak and without hair (she wore a wig for her part). Apparently, she is doing better and is determined to finish the her role. She is a brave, strong- willed woman, who happens to be an incredible actress. I always look forward to seeing her character's story in each of the films.

Elizabeth Taylor To Endure Heart Surgery

Actress, Elizabeth Taylor, 77, announced via her Twitter account Tuesday (Oct. 6, 2009) that she will undergo heart surgery soon. Taylor didn't give exact details as to when and where the surgery will take place but she did say that she has a leaking heart valve that will be repaired without having to resort to open heart surgery. Prayers are with you!

Nicole Ritchie In Car Accident

Nicole Ritchie was in her car with another passenger in Beverly Hills when she was rear-ended by a member of the paparazzi Monday afternoon (Oct. 5, 2009). She was taken by that passenger to a local L.A. hospital due to some pain. Her car is said to have sustained a bit of damage. Apparently, police took the driver in custody and arrested him for not having identification and impounded his car. What people won't do for a picture! I hope she is alright.

It is all over celebrity magazine covers! After 3 years as a couple, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have ended their relationship. According to Us Weekly, Timberlake ended their relationship, via a phone call, about a month ago. It seems Biel isn't accepting this decision while Timberlake has apparently taken single life "by the horns". It has been said that he has been out flirting away and now is linked to songstress Rihanna. They seemed to be getting very close at the VMA's and he is set to work with her on her upcoming album.

Rihanna and Justin? Well one thing is for sure. He won't have a problem filling Jessica's spot-whether it's a temporary fling or a long term relationship. My guess is the first.
