Actress, Elizabeth Taylor, 77, announced via her Twitter account Tuesday (Oct. 6, 2009) that she will undergo heart surgery soon. Taylor didn't give exact details as to when and where the surgery will take place but she did say that she has a leaking heart valve that will be repaired without having to resort to open heart surgery.
