Singer, Garth Brooks, has come out of retirement to play a number of shows in Vegas. So what could entice a country star out of retirement? That was a promise he made to them and he plans on keeping it. That's a lot of frequent flier miles! Tickets are said to be a minimum of $125.00 per seat.
